When you ask for a price or for samples we store your company name, your name, your email address, the country, the phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, what you asked for, and the message you wrote. We also store which page you arrived on and which campaign brought you, if any.

We use it for one thing: to quote you and to follow up on that quotation. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone except the courier when you ask for samples, who needs the shipping address to deliver the parcel.

A quotation and its lead stay in our system while the enquiry is open. A lead that did not become an order has the personal fields cleared automatically after 24 months, and what remains is the country and the shape of the request, which we count for our own planning.

The newsletter is double opt-in: you confirm the address from your own inbox, and every email carries a link that removes you in one click.

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep robots out of the forms and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you between sites. We do not use advertising trackers.
