How Luason works with certified partner factories, what each product commits to, and how you check a lot before it ships.
Luason sells Vietnamese commodities processed in certified partner factories. Luason is not the processor: the factory behind each product grades, packs and loads it, and its certifications are listed on that product page.
Every grade is published with its specification, and many grades are sold in several standards for different markets. The quotation and the contract name the standard you buy, and the spec sheet of each grade lists the certifications of the factory behind every standard.
Before you order, ask for free samples and check the quality yourself. While your order is in production we follow it and send photos and videos of your order on request.
Each shipment travels with a Certificate of Origin (C/O) and complete export documents, sent with the scanned bill of lading so your customs broker has everything before the vessel arrives.
